Chris Gray, CEO

Chris came to Run AMZ after a decade of leadership experience working with major consumer products brands in the sporting goods industry. Chris’s experience is varied and extensive, having also demonstrated leadership of national sales teams and implemented marketing strategy for a large multi-brand conglomerate. Having overseen sales of more than $1B in consumer products, Chris understands the pinch points of our clients in the evolving world of retail. As our CEO, Chris assures that each of our brands has a tailored Amazon strategy that matches their global sales and marketing goals.

Jon Love, Owner/Partner

Jon has over 15 years of experience in professional services, strategy, and business consulting— in both client service and operational processes. Over the years, Jon has worked with clients in wholesale distribution, manufacturing, and professional services industries in the mid-market and enterprise space. Jon has built and lead client service teams across multiple companies, with a focus on quality service, consistency, and effective execution. Prior to Digital Industries and Run AMZ, Jon earned his Law Degree and MBA from Gonzaga and practiced law, with a focus on contracts and intellectual property. Jon was part of the founding team for Run AMZ in 2016, and has actively participated in the growth and development of the company in that time from an operations and Board oversight perspective.

Kim Regalado, Account Director

Kim is an experienced sales and e-commerce strategist with over 15 years helping dynamic CPG companies tell their brand story and win the digital shelf on Amazon.  With a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology, Kim places a high value on the relationships she has with her brand partners and the customers they want to reach on Amazon.  Highly skilled in both VC and SC management, Kim draws on this experience and passion for e-commerce, to provide actionable insights and strategic planning to her clients.  Prior to joining Run AMZ, Kim was the Director of Sales for Sprout Foods and launched Sprout at several large retailers and e-commerce channels including Walmart.com, Instacart and iHerb.  

Rachel Czarnecki, Creative Strategist & Manager

With over 10 years providing comprehensive visual solutions in brand strategy, multi-platform marketing campaigns within lifestyle brands, sporting goods, home décor and consumer electronics industries, Rachel provides a wide array of diverse creative knowledge with branding and marketing application. Adding to her quiver, she worked 5 years in product development providing comprehensive design for product development and life cycle marketing. Through this experience, Rachel provides a complete and versatile creative direction, elevating our partners top in their industry within the marketplace. Her strategic design thinking is focused on the end-to-end customer journey that drives conversions, achieve business objectives and make customers happy. She is a problem solver that believes creativity is contagious and powerful.

Todd Phillips, Vice President of Agency Operations

Todd has a track record of pairing accurate forecasts with stock levels to maximize sales for established and startup brands on Amazon. Throughout his five years focused on Amazon he has grown brands in Footwear, Apparel, and CPG categories. Whether a partner sells 1 evergreen SKU or 10,000 seasonal SKUs, he is able to help define the best fit inventory strategy.

Abigail Patrick, Operations Manager

Abigail is our longest standing employee, and has been an integral role in our success as a company. Her fine attention to detail and and high standards of excellence, have allowed her to jump in and manage not only a wide variety of brands on Seller and Vendor Central, but also our internal operations. With 20+ years playing competitive volleyball and 3 national titles, Abigail has transferred over her leadership and competitive drive into the world of business, and understands what it takes to grind towards a collective goal as a team/partner.

Mike Flynn, Director of Marketing

Mike has over 7 years of experience in e-commerce omni channel marketing strategies.  The areas of advertising expertise are focused but not limited to Amazon AMS Advertising, DSP, OTT and off Amazon platforms.  In addition to Amazon Mike also has experience in advertising on Walmart, Target and Instacart.  Mike has managed a variety of different product categories and built brands that have exceeded 1 million in monthly advertising spend.

 

Mike prefers to use the Amazon Marketing funnel as a framework to tailor clients advertising spend and focus to where their product falls within the marketing funnel position.  Each client has a strategy that is build custom to their sales goals and brand awareness philosophy.

Kristin Kuhl, Director of People & Culture

Kristin leads and shapes our efforts in defining processes and growth strategy with our most valuable assets – our people.Through this lens, Kristin looks at our wholistic employee experience. From recruiting and onboarding, compensation, to skill development and performance management, Kristin partners with senior leaders to identify opportunities for fostering employee growth, wellbeing and engagement.

Having managed dynamic teams on both the agency and client-side, she has deep empathy and awareness of how to support teams large and small. Kristin strives to keep employee happiness and inclusion at the forefront our vision and path of alignment on why we do what we do.
